Water transmission from the Persian Gulf to the South East of the Iran's Mining Industries Project was designated and executed in three main parts. Specification of each part is as follows: First Part: Capacity : 110 MCM/Y , 4.4 m3/sce Start - Finish: Bandar abbas (Desalination Plant) -Golgohar Mining Complex Pipe Material and Diameter: Steel, 1600(mm) Pipeline Length: 300 (Km) Power Consumption : 147 (MW) No. Pump Station: 7 Internal Lining: Epoxy External Coating: 3 layer polyethylene with cothodic protection 10 reservoirs with total volume 225,000 m3 Second Part: Capacity: 75 MCM/Y Start - Finish: Golgohar Mining Complex Sarcheshme Mining Complex Pipe Material and Diameter: Steel, 1300 , 1400, 1000(mm) Pipeline Length: 150(Km) Power Consumption: 50(MW) No. Pump Station: 4 Internal Lining: Epoxy External Coating: 3 layer polyethylene with cothodic protection 6 reservoirs with total volume 60,000 m3 Third Part: Capacity : 45 MCM/Y Start - Finish: Sarcheshme Mining Complex - Chadormalou Mining Complex Pipe Material and Diameter: Steel, GRP, 1200, 900(mm) Pipeline Length: 370 (Km) Power Consumption : 10 (MW) No. Pump Station: 2 Internal Lining: Epoxy External Coating: 3 layer polyethylene with cothodic protection 6 reservoirs with total volume 90,000 m3

Project objectives:

The project's pipeline is crossing three provinces (Hormozgan,Kerman and Yazd) Desalination plant is Located near Bandar abbas.First part is started from Bandar Abbas to GolgoharComplex. Second part is started from Steel Golgohar Complex to Copper Sarcheshme Complex. Third part is started from Sarcheshme Complex to Steel Chadormalou Complex
