Qualitative evaluation of bidders participating in the EPC tender for the additional wastewater treatment facility and preparing a short list

Conducting basic and detailed studies for the wastewater transfer facility from Zabol Wastewater Treatment Plant to Janja Additional Wastewater Treatment Facility including: a transmission line with a capacity of 10 million cubic meters per year made of 600 mm diameter fiberglass pipe and a length of 103 km, a pre-treatment facility and 3 pumping station sections

Preparing PC tender documents for the transmission line facility including: RFQ, draft contract, RFP and tender appendixes

Conducting aerial survey operations (UAV) of the transmission line route and pumping station sites and additional wastewater treatment facilities

Monitoring geotechnical operations of manual wells along the transmission line route and machine boreholes at the pumping station sites

Reviewing documents prepared by the client, collecting additional information, performing conceptual design and finding options for the water and waste management system

Selecting a laboratory from the list approved by the client, conducting laboratory studies and conducting tests and managing them in order to design the dewatering and waste accumulation system

Performing basic design engineering services (waste transfer, dewatering system, return water transfer and waste accumulation)

Performing detailed design engineering services (waste transfer, return water and waste accumulation)

Performing engineering services, reviewing and approving engineering documents and drawings (Design Review) prepared by EPC contractors in the waste dewatering section

Preparing tender documents and cooperating with the client and project manager in the process of selecting PC and EPC contractors
